Miami Dolphins wide receiver Leonte Carroo's 53-man roster spot secure, ESPN reporter James Walker believes.
Carroo's roster spot has generally been considered up in the air, though he's also been one of the many Dolphins to feature in offseason puff pieces. Walker believes Carroo's 2016 third-round draft status will ultimately take the day. The Miami Herald reported last month that Carroo is "battling" 2016 undrafted free agent Rashawn Scott for a reserve receiver spot.
By our models, Carroo projects as a distant fourth on the Dolphins' depth chart for targets. We peg him to earn 73 receiving yards and 0.43 touchdowns on 5 catches.
