The Jacksonville Jaguars will utilize a running back committee again next season, believes ESPN's Matthew Berry after meeting with team coaches and front office members at the NFL Combine.
General manager Dave Caldwell anticipates Chris Ivory being the "1" to T.J. Yeldon's "1A" in Jacksonville's running game, while one front-office member spoke particularly highly about Corey Grant after his breakout Week 17 performance. The Jaguars' backfield is going to be a source of plenty of frustration for fantasy owners again next season.
Among the 42 running backs with at least 100 carries last season, Yeldon (130 attempts) finished eighth-worst in Rushing Net Expected Points per attempt. Ivory was dead-last (117 attempts).
