Buffalo Bills wide receiver Percy Harvin has informed the team he is retiring after seven NFL seasons, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Harvin has only played in 28 games over the last four seasons, and his production has never returned to the level it was at in his rookie year. His 0.61 Reception Net Expected Points per target last season ranked 62nd among the 107 receivers to see at least 30 targets.
