The Panthers are planning for Darnold to be under center against the Patriots on Sunday. Barring any pregame setbacks, he is expected to get the start. P.J. Walker will remain in a backup role.
The Panthers implied team total of 19.0 points is the third-lowest team total on Sunday's main slate, according to numberFire's DFS Heat Map.
