New Orleans Saints wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders caught a career-high 12 passes on 14 targets for 122 yards in a 30-27, Week 5 overtime win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday night.
Sanders led the Saints in targets, catches, and yards for a second consecutive game. He's cleared 90 yards and had 6-plus catches in both of those contests while commanding a whopping 31.9 percent target share. Entering Monday's contest, that would have ranked second in the league for the season. Michael Thomas (ankle) is expected back after the Saints' Week 6 bye, so Sanders usage will likely take a hit. Sanders drew 5 targets in the only game Thomas has played this season.
Sanders scored a season-high 18.2 FanDuel points on Monday night, beating out numberFire's projection (10.5). He's now averaging 11.1 FanDuel points per game for the season.
