The Buffalo Bills have been a popular target for streamers this season and for good reason. The Bills have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing defenses on the year, and each of the past four D/STs to face Buffalo have come away with a top-three fantasy finish.

This week, the New York Jets host the Bills in the first matchup between these two teams. The Jets are 7.5-point home favorites, and early indications are that Derek Anderson will start for the Bills if Josh Allen isn't cleared to return from an elbow injury.

We last saw Anderson in Week 8 against the New England Patriots, when he threw one pick and took three sacks. He didn't throw any touchdowns as the Bills mustered just six points in the loss. Anderson has started two games this season, and he's averaging 232.5 passing yards per game with no touchdowns and 4 interceptions. He's been sacked a total of five times.

With the Bills on the road and Anderson potentially back in at quarterback, the Jets are a great streaming option in Week 10. Even if Nathan Peterman or Allen starts, the Jets would remain a top-shelf streamer.
