Fantasy Football: 4 Unexpectedly Great Week 15 Performances
Facing a stout Eagles defense, Eli Manning played one of his best games of the season. Who else broke out in Week 15?

He may only be the second-best Manning, but in Week 15, Eli Manning was also the second-best fantasy quarterback.

Manning completed nearly 65 percent of his passes as he threw for 434 yards and 3 touchdowns. A solitary interception on 57 attempts barely marred his performance. In hindsight, Manning should never have been benched for Geno Smith. And his Week 15 outburst is tantalizing for those who still have meaningful fantasy matchups in Week 16.

But don't go there.

Manning faces the Arizona Cardinals, the 12th-ranked pass defense, per our schedule-adjusted metrics. The Cardinals may not be great, but they're above average on defense. Manning is just our 20th-ranked quarterback for Week 16. For the season, he has just three top-12 fantasy quarterback weeks, and he's gone over 300 yards passing just twice. There are probably better starting options available.
