Jay Cutler had a strong 2017 debut with the Miami Dolphins. He didn't post big fantasy numbers, but his 0.19 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back rank 12th among the 36 quarterbacks with at least 10 drop backs on the season. He also averaged 7.0 adjusted net yards per attempt.

He brings those numbers into a great matchup against the woeful New York Jets.

The Jets rank 31st in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play this season, also allowing the league's third-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks. Considering the opposition -- or lack thereof -- Cutler's efficiency should translate into solid fantasy production.
