Wichita State Shockers junior forward Shaq Morris has withdrawn from the 2017 NBA Draft and will return to school for his senior season, per Jon Rothstein of FanRag Sports.
Morris had declared for the draft without hiring an agent to receive feedback from NBA scouts on his draft prospects. Apparently, he didn't like what he heard and will return to school for another season. Morris will continue to be a focal point for the Shockers as they make their move to the American Athletic Conference next season.
Morris averaged 9.6 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.0 blocks in 18.0 minutes per game last season.
