Tonight marks the bittersweet culmination of the college basketball season, and while it is what we have been working towards since early November, it finally hits you that after tonight there will be no college hoops action for seven months.
The Final Four provided two hotly-contested games, with the eventual loser of the game storming back in the last five minutes, and in the case of Auburn, they fell victim to one of the wildest finishes this tournament and could just as easily be playing tonight. Given the similar styles of these two teams, we are likely to see more of that Monday night, when Virginia clashes with Texas Tech for what will be -- either way -- the winner's first ever national championship.
