At 6:40 p.m. EST Tuesday, the NCAA Tournament beings -- well, sort of. The First Four tips off in Dayton in its eighth year of existence, featuring the four lowest automatic qualifiers as 16 seeds and the last four at-large teams as 11 seeds.
