This is identical to the previous Koenig play -- you've got a tie ball game with just seconds remaining. A field goal of any sort would seal the deal, but for Northern Iowa, that field goal was at a much more difficult place on the court. Though the win probability change was the same as the Wisconsin play, we should probably give the edge to Jesperson's half-court heave because, well, it was a lot cooler looking.
