Denver Nuggets center Joffrey Lauvergne (back) will not play against the Houston Rockets on Friday.
J.J. Hickson will replace Lauvergne in the starting lineup, where has filled in admirably for the past two games. The matchup against Dwight Howard and the Rockets will be a tough one.
Hickson is averaging 15.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in two games as a starter. We currently project Hickson to play almost 25 minutes against the Rockets, recording 9.1 points and 7.4 rebounds.
