San Antonio Spurs small forward Davis Bertans is starting on Thursday against the Golden State Warriors.
Pau Gasol is out with a shoulder injury that teammate Tony Parker suggested is "bad," so Bertans may be looking at multiple starts over the next few games. Joffrey Lauvergne could also see a few extra minutes.
