Sacramento Kings small forward JaKarr Sampson is starting on Wednesday against the Houston Rockets.
This will be just the third start of the season for Sampson. He could see a decent amount of minutes with Skal Labissiere (shoulder) out and Zach Randolph possibly headed for a DNP-CD.
