According to Newsday Sports' Al Iannazzone, New York Knicks forward Doug McDermott will start at small forward, replacing Lance Thomas on Wednesday night.
Thomas had made 10 straight starts at small forward, but this must be a matchup move against the Chicago Bulls. It's also a revenge game for McDermott, who had started his career with tonight's opponent, the Chicago Bulls.
Making his first start of the year, McDermott has averaged 8.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.2 three-pointers over 24.0 minutes per game this season. He's projected for 12.7 FanDuel points agaisnt the Bulls.
