Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry has told the Raptors that he would like to return to the team, per general manager Masai Ujiri.
Lowry is expected to opt out of his contract and become an unrestricted free agent heading into the summer of 2017. He'll command a lot of attention and a lot of cash -- around $30 million -- on the market, but the Raptors are the favorite in the clubhouse.
Lowry's 11.3 nERD placed him fifth among all NBA point guards in the 2016-17 season.
