Charlotte Hornets point guard Frank Ntilikina (hip) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Toronto Raptors.
Ntilikina has been downgraded from questionable to out and will not play against the Raptors on Wednesday.
Ntilikina is averaging 1.0 points, 1.2 rebounds, 0.8 assists, and 3.4 FanDuel points per game this season.
