Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (foot) is out for Wednesday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Bulls head coach Billy Donovan said LaVine would play, but he either lied or something changed. This will be LaVine's first absence of the season and should result in more opportunities on offense for DeMar DeRozan, Nikola Vucevic, Coby White, and Alex Caruso. There will also be additional playing time for Jevon Carter, Ayo Dosunmu, and Patrick Williams (finger).
LaVine is averaging 35.5 minutes per game this season and leads the Bulls with a 25.9 percent usage rate.
