The Indiana Pacers reportedly still hope to re-sign free agent center Ian Mahinmi.
A deal for Mahinmi seems unlikely after the Pacers agreed to terms on a hefty three-year deal with Al Jefferson, while Myles Turner is expected to start at center next to Thaddeus Young at the four. There are still several teams in need of a quality center, so Mahinmi's time in Indiana may be coming to a close.
Mahinmi had an effective field goal percentage of .589 this year, along with 7.1 total rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game in 71 games played (71 starts). His 5.2 nERD ranked 34th in the league.
