The Charlotte Hornets announced that LaMelo Ball (ankle) will not return to Monday's game against the Detroit Pistons.
Ball made it 21 minutes into Monday's game before suffering an ankle injury, and was ruled out in the third quarter of the game.
Ball was off to a fantastic start Monday, and will finish the game with 18 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists in his 21 minutes.
