Detroit Pistons small forward Isaiah Livers (hip) is listed out for Friday against the New York Knicks.
Livers missed the last two games of the preseason and he will remain out for at least the first two games of the regular season. His next chance to play will be on Saturday against the Indiana Pacers in the second end of the Pistons' back-to-back. Kevin Knox played 13 minutes off the bench Wednesday and shot 1-of-8 from the field (1-of-6 3-pointers). Hamidou Diallo played 15 minutes and provided little production.
