Detroit Pistons forward Jerami Grant has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the San Antonio Spurs.
The Pistons have ruled out Grant, Mason Plumlee, Cory Joseph, Wayne Ellington, Dennis Smith Jr. (knee), and Rodney McGruder (elbow) on the second leg of the back-to-back. Hamidou Diallo is questionable. The majority of Detroit's offense will likely run through Josh Jackson, Saddiq Bey, and Killian Hayes on Thursday.
Jackson is numberFire's preferred points-per-dollar play over Bey and Hayes for Thursday's six-game slate. He has a salary of $5,500 and is projected for 28.6 FanDuel points. Hayes ($4,400) is projected for 23.8 FanDuel points and Bey ($5,800) is projected for 28.3 FanDuel points.
