Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (back) is expected to return for Wednesday's game against the Charlotte Hornets, per head coach Doc Rivers.
Rivers said Embiid "looked fine" at Tuesday's practice and should be good to go Wednesday "as long as there's no setbacks." Tony Bradley replaced Embiid in the starting lineup last game while Dwight Howard double-doubled in expanded minutes off the bench. In two games against Charlotte last month, Embiid averaged 16.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.5 steals, and 2.0 blocks.
numberFire's models currently project Embiid for 49.4 FanDuel points on Wednesday versus the Hornets. He averaged 45.0 FanDuel points in those two previous games against the Hornets this season.
