Sacramento Kings point guard Cory Joseph practiced with the first unit on Thursday.
The Kings are preparing Joseph to start at point guard after De'Aaron Fox was forced to leave Wednesday's practice with a left ankle injury. Expect an update on Fox's condition for Orlando's restart in seven to ten days.
