Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons is headed to the locker room on Thursday in the team's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Simons seemed to suffer a laceration on his face during the fourth quarter, and he went to the locker room as a result.
Before exiting, Simons had seven points and one rebound in 20 minutes.
