Phoenix Suns point guard Jevon Carter is not starting in Monday's game against the Utah Jazz.
Carter will head to the bench with Ricky Rubio starting at point guard. In a role with the second unit, our models project Carter to play 15.9 minutes.
Carter's Monday projection includes 5.1 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 2.3 assists.
