Holmes had an outstanding career with Bowling Green and is hoping his success in college can translate to the professional level. Last season, he was the MAC defensive player of the year and for a 76ers team that finished in the top half of the league in defensive efficiency, Holmes' skill set will fit well in Brett Brown's defensive minded system.
