Washington Wizards forward Kelly Oubre will come off the bench on Tuesday versus the Dallas Mavericks.
Oubre got the start on Sunday with Otto Porter sitting out with an injury. With Porter back in action on Tuesday, Oubre will return to a reserve role. Jeff Green will also see reduced minutes with Porter playing against Dallas.
