Atlanta Hawks center Dewayne Dedmon (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's season opener against the New York Knicks.
Dedmon suffered an avulsion fracture in his ankle in late-August and after being re-evaluated in October was ruled out for at least a couple more weeks. He is considered day-to-day but is likely to miss a couple of games to start the season.
Our models project Dedmon for 9.7 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 0.8 blocks in 24.2 minutes per game this season.
