Easily the number-one free agent on all 30 NBA free agent boards this summer is Kevin Durant. The summer of Durant is already off to a quick start, with six teams set to meet with the free agent as soon as the stroke of midnight on July 1st hits. With the salary cap about to go up to $94 million, Durant could also be in line to sign one of the biggest contracts in NBA history, and he deserves every penny.

Last year, Durant was the league's third leading scorer at 28.2 points per game. He was second to only Stephen Curry in True Shooting Percentage (63.4%), Win Shares (14.5), and PER (28.2). He owns four scoring titles and an MVP trophy, and whoever lands him this summer is going to skyrocket up the NBA offseason future odds to win the NBA Championship next season.
