3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 11/1/18
Tonight, a pair of Blazers could provide cheap access to a fantasy-friendly matchup with the Pelicans.

Evan Turner, SG/SF, Portland Trail Blazers

DraftKings Price: $4,100

Portland Trail Blazers small forward Evan Turner may not be starting and may not be an All-Star, but he's quietly putting together his best season since he moved to the Pacific Northwest.

His 9.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.1 dimes per game are all bests for him in Portland, as are his 1.1 steals and 51.8% field goal percentage, both of which would represent career-highs if the season ended today.

His 17.25 DraftKings points against the Houston Rockets the other day was the first time he's fallen below 21.5 all season To be fair, however, the entire team was on point in a blowout win, so he honestly didn't need to do as much as normal.

Tonight should be different as they have what should be a much more difficult matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans on tap, a game which should be one of the highest-scoring games on tonight's slate.

Turner has scored at least 25.5 DraftKings points in two of his past three games against New Orleans. We have him pegged for 18.6 DraftKings points tonight with upside of 26.5.
