5 NBA FanDuel Value Plays to Target for 2/7/18
With Kelly Olynyk questionable to play, Bam Adebayo could see an increase in minutes and production. Who else could make for a cheap upside play on Wednesday's slate?

Rajon Rondo, PG, New Orleans Pelicans

FanDuel Price: $4,800
Projected FanDuel Points: 23.4
Projected FanDuel Value: 4.87

Rajon Rondo is averaging 24 FanDuel points per game at home, compared to 22.8 on the road this season. Despite a lower usage and fewer points per game, he has been a much more active passer and defender. In 20 games, he's managed 7.9 assists and 1.2 steals across 23.8 minutes.

For Tuesday's game, we're likely to see Rondo play more than 25 minutes. He has had a day off in between games and since DeMarcus Cousins' injury, he's watched his minutes hit 30 or more twice in his last three games. In those instances, he posted 43.9 and 33.6 FanDuel points, respectively. All total, he's up to 1.01 FanDuel points per minute in Cousins' stead.

Given that and his matchup against a short-handed Indiana Pacers backcourt, Rondo makes for a solid play below $5,000. With Darren Collison out, Cory Joseph will get most of the run. Fortunately for Rondo, Joseph's ranked 86th among point guards in ESPN's Defensive Real Plus-Minus. It's a good spot for him to turn in 30-plus FanDuel points for a second straight game.
