Already playing an expanded role with Chris Paul sidelined, James Harden racked up 41.4 minutes with Trevor Ariza also on the shelf on Wednesday.

Ariza will be out once again tonight, and the Houston Rockets simply don't have enough depth right now to be able to avoid playing Harden for as many minutes as he can handle. Topping 40 tonight wouldn't come as too much of a surprise.

Harden's fantasy numbers this season haven't quite lived up to the ridiculous marks he was hitting last year, but he's still averaging a reasonable 46.6 fantasy points per game, which susses out to 1.3 per minute.

The Charlotte Hornets are a solid defensive team, but with Harden's ability to fill up every area of the stat sheet -- combined with his massive role in the Rockets' offense (34.3% usage rate, 49.5% assist rate) -- playing huge minutes should be enough to overcome the tough matchup.
