3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 10/23/17
John Wall is averaging nearly 50 FanDuel points per game, and he has a nice positional matchup against the Denver Nuggets. What other high-priced players should you target in daily fantasy on Monday?

Giannis Antetokounmpo, PF, Milwaukee Bucks

Price: $12,200

Giannis Antetokounmpo dropped 61.1 FanDuel points on opening night -- a huge showing that has actually been his worst fantasy game of the young season, as he followed that up with marks of 65.6 and 66.6.

Those 64.6 fantasy points per game are the second-most in the NBA, and they don't seem to be any kind of fluke either, as Giannis has seen one of the league's biggest workloads, playing 38.3 minutes per game and leading the NBA with a 35.8% usage rate (minimum: 10 minutes).

As a guy who can fill up the box score in every category -- and who has improved his fantasy efficiency with every season he has been in the NBA -- a huge workload like that stands to give Giannis both an elite floor and ceiling on a nightly basis.

It's hard to pin down position-specific matchups for the versatile Antetokounmpo, but the Charlotte Hornets are missing two of their top defenders in Nicolas Batum and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, likely leaving some combination of Treveon Graham, Dwayne Bacon and Marvin Williams as the primary line of defense against Giannis. These are all favorable matchups, and with the Hornets giving up above-average fantasy production to wing players this year, they're not likely to slow down his hot start.
