Boston Red Sox starting pitcher David Price left early from Wednesday's game versus the Miami Marlins after being hit in the wrist.
Price was hit by Austin Dean with a ball that was recorded at 102 MPH off the bat. He will undergo more testing, but the injury is being labeled as a wrist contusion for now.
Prior to exiting, Price struck out 3 batters, while allowing 5 hits and 3 earned runs.
