Hernandez gets the day off with Kevin Pillar joining Curtis Granderson and Randal Grichuk in the outfield against the Kansas City Royals on Monday.
Hernandez is batting .243 with a .336 wOBA, 18 homers, and 45 RBI over 409 plate appearances this season.
