Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp is out of Thursday's starting lineup against the San Diego Padres.
Kemp finished 2-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in Wednesday's 4-2 road win over the Padres, raising his season average to .313 in the process. Kike Hernandez will man right and Joc Pederson will draw the start in left for the Dodgers on Thursday.
Kemp is averaging 9.7 FanDuel points per game this season. numberFire's models project him to hit .291 with 12 homers and 37 RBI over the rest of the year.
