Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw will throw a bullpen session on Wednesday and a simulated game on Saturday.
Kershaw was placed on the 10-day disabled list on May 6 with left biceps tendinitis. If all goes well with the throwing sessions, he could rejoin his teammates sometime next week.
The 20-26 Dodgers need a healthy Kershaw back as soon as possible. We project the southpaw to go 10-4 the rest of the way, with 132 additional strikeouts against 27 walks.
