Seattle Mariners pitcher Felix Hernandez has officially been named the club's starter for Opening Day.
This will be the 10th Opening Day start in a row for Hernandez, which is the longest active streak in the majors. The 31-year-old right-hander will square off with Corey Kluber and the Cleveland Indians on Thursday.
numberFire's models project Hernandez to score 23.9 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,400 on Opening Day. For the season, we have him pegged for a 4.37 ERA, 1.38 WHIP, and 19.4 strikeout percentage while going 11-9 across 162 2/3 innings in 2018.
