Los Angeles Dodgers infielder Corey Seager is the team's starting shortstop and not in a platoon with Jimmy Rollins, Dodgers' manager Don Mattingly said Tuesday.
Rollins started Game 3 on Monday, but Seager is back in there in Game 4 on Tuesday even against a left-hander.
This is clearly the correct move, as there is a small ocean between Seager and Rollins, at least according to what they've done in 2015. Rollins posted a hard-to-stomach .283 wOBA this season while the impressive rookie hit .337/.425/.561 in 27 regular-season games.
