Boston Red Sox infielder Brock Holt is in the starting lineup for Saturday's road game against the Cincinnati Reds.
Dustin Pedroia has been back in the lineup since taking a foul ball to the nose, but he'll get the day off today. Holt takes his place at second base while batting seventh against Reds' righty Robert Stephenson.
