Miami Marlins outfielder Marcell Ozuna is not starting on Thursday against the Philadelphia Phillies.
Derek Dietrich will draw the start in left field and bat fifth while Ozuna gets a breather versus right-hander Jake Thompson and the Phillies. He's batting a strong .302/.366/.536 with a .902 OPS this season while turning in 33 home runs and 110 RBI across 144 games this season.
numberFire's models project Ozuna for a .290 batting average with 3 home runs, 11 RBI, and 9 runs scored in 70 plate appearances over the remainder of the year.
