Arizona Diamondbacks utility player Kristopher Negron is not starting on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Negron will grab a seat on the Diamondbacks' bench after making three consecutive starts. David Peralta will start in left field and bat leadoff versus Dodgers right-hander Kenta Maeda.
Since being called up from Triple-A Reno on September 1, Negron has gone 2-for-12 with a double and 4 strikeouts.
