Detroit Tigers second baseman Ian Kinsler is not in the lineup on Wednesday against the Colorado Rockies.
Kinsler will get the afternoon off against the Rockies, as Dixon Machado takes over at second base. Machado is also hitting up in second against right-hander Chad Bettis.
