Seattle Mariners utility man Taylor Motter is getting the start at second versus the New York Yankees on Friday.
Motter is filling in for Robinson Cano, who is day-to-day with a hamstring injury. He is batting ninth versus CC Sabathia.
With Motter batting ninth and the Mariners owning an implied run total of just 4.26, the utility man makes for a risky play on Friday, even at a cost of just $2,000.
