San Diego Padres shortstop Dusty Coleman is back in action on Thursday against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Coleman got a day off Wednesday, as Yangervis Solarte played shortstop. With Solarte moving over to first base covering for a resting Wil Myers, Coleman is back at short and hitting seventh against righty Carlos Martinez.
