Minnesota Twins catcher Chris Gimenez is not in the lineup on Friday against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The Twins are starting a three-game inter-league series with the Diamondbacks, so Gimenez will get the evening off as Jason Castro is back behind the plate. Castro is hitting ninth against right-hander Zack Godley on Friday.
