Colorado Rockies pitcher Chad Bettis has been recalled from Triple-A Albuquerque.
Bettis, on the shelf all year with testicular cancer, will toe the rubber against the Atlanta Braves on Monday night for his season debut. Across 23 1/3 innings of rehab, the 28-year-old right-hander tossed a 4.24 ERA, 1.37 WHIP, and 6.8 strikeout percentage in six games (five starts).
Out of the 22 pitchers starting tonight, numberFire's models project Bettis to fare worst among them all with just 19.8 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,500.
