Cincinnati Reds catcher Tucker Barnhart is not in the starting lineup for Monday's road clash with the Chicago Cubs.
Barnhart handled catching duties for Sunday's series-finale against the Milwaukee Brewers, but he'll get the night off while Devin Mesoraco starts behind the plate today.
Barnhart has a .311 wOBA through 87 games in 2017, and numberFire's models project him to bat .272 and add 2 home runs and 12 RBI in 114 plate appearances over the remainder of the season.
